The National Meeting Closing (NMC) is Junior Enterprises Switzerland’s annual national event. It brings together the country’s various Junior Enterprises, their members, alumni, and partners for a day dedicated to networking, workshops, and showcasing the movement. This key event concludes with the presentation of the Swiss Excellence Awards, which recognize the network’s top-performing and most promising Junior Enterprises through two main awards: Best Junior Enterprise and Most Promising Junior Enterprise.

These awards are based on a common evaluation system that provides a balanced assessment of the Junior Enterprises’ activities over the course of the year. This score takes into account several dimensions, including operational performance (projects, clients, revenue), engagement within the network (participation in events, collaboration), visibility (presence and impact on social media), and growth momentum. The top Junior Enterprises are then selected and ranked during a final presentation at the NMC.
