Join a JE
Each Junior Enterprise runs its own recruitment. Find the JE closest to your institution and follow their channels for updates, recruitment periods and events.

Create a JE
Starting a JE is challenging, rewarding and unforgettable. If your campus does not have one yet, you can launch your own.
Minimum conditions:
- be enrolled for at least 12 more months
- gather a core team of 5 motivated students
- cover essential roles: president, treasurer, business development/communication, legal, IT
- be comfortable taking initiative and building something from scratch
- avoid taking on too many parallel commitments
- understand that the journey is long and requires consistency
Join JE Switzerland
JES welcomes motivated students who want to contribute on a national level.
We recommend gaining experience inside a Junior Enterprise first, to fully understand the foundations of the movement, but it is not mandatory.
