We want to become more focused, efficient and impact-driven, which is why we need a new structure. This year’s goal is to focus on the core activities of the JES. Instead of many specialized roles, we are building a team of 6 people, each covering multiple responsibilities. This means broader roles, more ownership, and more impact.
Below is an overview of the key areas we operate in. You will be expected to contribute across several of them.
